New "video" effect I've been trying out

I could do that just as a still image, of course, but I like to bring the still images more to life wherever I can, so I thought maybe I could come up with an effect involving film grain and movement that might make still images look a bit like they're video footage.
Here's the results so far! What do you think?

It's actually just a pretty simple combination of a few layers, a little movement and an overlaid video grain, so it's more a matter of knowing what's needed to make the effect. (The film grain trick is something I heard about somewhere, but I can't remember where.) And I'll remember that tip for any miniature giant space hamsters I encounter.
Get the premise. Did you learn a new skill or hone an existing one? I'ts impressive to the point where I asked the former question. You learn to bend time, make sure Boo goes for the eyes.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to using it in some actual scenes in the game

This was just a test shot, so no, but when I use this effect in actual scenes it might.

It's only on her for a few seconds. ;) But actually this is just a sample SFW version - this particular image won't be one I use for the video effect.

She doesn;t blink so it creeps me out.

Nice. Does that include any audio?

Nice job, def. adds a little more depth to the shot.
