Update - Kenji, satisfied, with Kim & Iku
🕑 Added 2017-10-16 21:01:00 +0000 UTC tl;dr - I'm back from holiday and getting back to work! There's been great growth on this Patreon campaign recently, and the next release will be an LMO update, both public and $10 patrons-only.This week's image
This is one of my all time favourite pictures from PAL; I hope you like it too. I think it really captures the vibe I'm going for not just with the Kim & Iku threesome, but with the game's central fantasy in general. I've informally dubbed the shot, "Kenji in the Garden of Earthly Delights".
I haven't shown this picture before, right? I've had it for a little while now - a few months, I think - but I think I kept putting off posting it before. Let me know if you've already seen it!
I'm back from my holiday!
Honestly, in the last week I still haven't had a whole lot of time to work. I was overseas earlier in the week, then I travelled back and had to recover a little from the long flights and jetlag (19 hours of flying time, plus transit). Normally I might feel bad about that, like I'm neglecting my work ethic, but I only take a break a couple of times a year, so I think it's justified as a way to recharge creatively.
I have had some time to work since I got back, though, so I've just been doing a bit of picture design for PAL and some editing and expanding of some of EFon's writing for new LMO endings. Also, I just had to catch up with some correspondence with patrons, which takes a little time, and write this update!
Anyway, I had a good time on the trip and while I'm a bit tired as I write this, I'm very glad I went. I will have to work extra hard for the next couple of weeks to make up for the time away, of course, but it's worth it.
Goals met
The Patreon campaign has been doing great in my absence! Seems like I've got a bunch of new patrons lately - consider this a warm hello to all you new people! Just so you know, I love to hear from you guys if you have anything to say/ask. :)
I don't normally like to obsess over the 'business' side of things, particularly in these updates, but I really wasn't expecting to have quite so much of a gain in momentum while I was gone. I figured the release of PAL 1.2 + 1.3 would help, but while I was gone we blew straight past the $1750 goal and we seem to be edging up to the $2000 goal!
Obviously I'm happy about that; now I have to start thinking about actually following through on them. First things first, I have to look into upgrading my graphics card to a GTX1080ti for faster picture rendering times. I'd like it if it didn't take 90-120 minutes just to render the damn things.
Upcoming Let Me Out releases
I want to make sure to release something this month, even despite my holiday wiping out so much work time. Therefore I'm planning a public release of LMO v0.6.1 (same as current $5 release, except for some new responses) and a $10 release of v0.7.0 (which will have at least a couple of new endings).
Do you like the picture as much as I do? Or maybe you think I'm overrating it? Either way I'd like to hear your opinions. Or do you have an opinion about anything else I discussed this week? Are you one of the new patrons? Regardless, let me know in the comments below!

It's not in the game yet; still in progress for future updates.

I really like the picture! I haven't been able to get the threesome in my playthrough. What are the requirements?
