Update - 22 August 2016

Okay, so you already know that the third threesome sex scene is Masami and Kimiko. This scene is now my big project for implementation.
One challenge has been that I've wanted to improve Masami's bedroom as a scene for the action by making it more complete and adding more furniture. This was harder than it sounds, but I think I've been getting somewhere with that. It won't make an enormous difference, but if you happen to look past the women in the scene you might notice a slightly more interesting background.
Incidentally, if you're at all interested, the image above is a new version of a pose that was among the first I came up with for the game.
Bullseye!
Fumi's bullseye spell hasn't been working right for a while, so I've made it work a little differently. It should hopefully function well now. Maybe a small thing but this has been bugging me. Oh, and I fixed some other bugs too, of course.
Future game design work
Probably just because of my need for some creative variety, I would up spending some time this week working on character designs for a future project, as well as making some plans for the story of that game. While I'm sure this isn't very interesting to you right now, especially since I'm being so vague, I'm hoping you'll be happy I put the work in when you eventually get to hear about it. That will start probably shortly before the public release of PAL (since I want to have another major game to present to people who are only first hearing about my work through PAL). I'm really happy with what I've put together for that game so far, although it's very early days.
Image work
I decided to do some work acquiring some new 3D resources and building some new sets. This is hard to really discuss because a) it might involve spoilers, or b) it may come to nothing because a lot of it is about experimenting. Anyway, I may be remaking a few images and making a few new ones based on a remodeled dining room IF I can get the lighting to work, which at the moment is not definite.
Tracking down 3D assets then making them work can be a time consuming effort unto itself a lot of the time.
Masami/Kimiko threesome scene
Okay, this is surely the main thing that you guys are interested in right now, and yes, I did work on it this week. I started out by working on the voice acting - I had already done Masami's but Kimiko's lines were still sitting on my hard drive un-edited from months ago when I got them. I edited them, then I had to add them to the scene. Next up I built the tasks that comprise the skeleton of the programming - not overly hard but it's the most technical part of the process and I'm hopeless at doing it in a smooth and bug-free way.
After that came the most frustrating part of the process. You see, Phinn created a whole bunch of images for this sex scene (20 of them, back when he was still able to contribute to the project) but this week when I went through to add them in to specific responses I found that only half of them matched neatly to what was happening in the scene. This means that for the 10 that didn't really match I can't necessarily use them in the scene, including some of the most fun ones.
Now, 10 CGs from Phinn along with the 6 I've made so far isn't too bad; 16 CGs for one of the threesome scenes is probably theoretically enough, but I'm bothered by the situation because: a) there are still some gaps that probably should have a pic, and b) I just find it a shame to leave out 10 good pictures for the scene.
Ultimately I think I may just have to leave them out, however. You'll get to see them in the harem victory suite, but maybe I'll be able to squeeze a few of them in by adding or rewriting little sections as I test it. I don't like to do that too much because the scene, as originally written, has a certain flow and feel that tells a particular story and matches to the character motivations. I can't have characters doing sex act X before character development Y has happened, if you follow my meaning.
Anyway, I'll probably plug a few of the remaining holes (hur hur hur) myself by making a few more pics for the scene. I'll also probably show you guys some of the spare Phinn images that are going to be in the harem victory suite sometime soon, just as a little thank you bonus.

Also, however, with the 'stage 1/stage 2' approach I've done with the sex scenes in this game it gives me the ability to have a progression of attitudes within a sex scene, and so you'll see some development during the course of it. In my older games I had felt restricted that I had to make all optional sex acts occur in basically the same 'emotional moment' because the player could do any action they wanted, so I couldn't have a girl being reluctant when you lick her breasts but then eager when you fuck her, because the player might choose to do those actions in reverse order. Now I have stage 1 and stage 2 it allows player freedom but I also get the opportunity to have attitudes and circumstances change part way through the scene.

I'm glad you're looking forward to it! Anyway, without giving spoilers, if you've played Kimiko and Masami's respective sex scenes you have a sense of their personality in sex. I would say there is one character leading the other (rather than having experimented before).

I'm not going to lie, this is the one I'm looking forward to out of all the threesome/multi pairings, shame there isn't a sister reveal somewhere; one major question though, and if its too far into spoiler territory , please disregard. Anywho, for this threesome, will one/both of them be eager participants (ie. experimented with it before), or will one of them take the lead and convince the hesitant one to both consider and/or enjoy it through the actions of the player?
