Small update on Itch.io (01.08.2025)

This is not the best for most devs, but at least games can get back to being discoverable. As they say, they want to "re-introduce" paid content, so we can hope.
And hopefully I don't have to bring any more bad news to you about this by such posts.

It's possible, if itch won't say otherwise. But I believe most devs would like to have the ability to sell their games where they host them. Also, it's still a bad precedent.

That sounds great to me. Though you said 'This is not the best for most devs' so maybe I am missing something? Can't devs just show their demos on itch and link a patreon for the 'full' version?
