The moment I saw Shukaku's body gradually turning into flowing sand, I realized it—Chiyo and Ebizo knew it too. We lost this battle! Completely and indisputably lost!
Who would’ve thought Konoha had actually prepared a secret weapon that could restrain a Tailed Beast? This was totally cheating! Weren’t Tailed Beasts supposed to only be countered by other Tailed Beasts?!
But, here we are. No matter how much we grumble or regret, it’s pointless now. What matters most is that Shukaku needs to be retrieved!
Chiyo and Ebizo exchanged a quick glance, something passing between them instantly.
Chiyo’s fingers began moving rapidly, sending the damaged Ten Puppets of Kintsume soaring back into action, their weapons aimed directly at Tsunade. Ebizo took two explosive tags, slapped them onto grenade-like bombs from his ninja pouch, and hurled them towards her.
A series of deafening explosions resounded, thick smoke billowing out everywhere.
Yet right after launching their attacks, the two of them turned, not even sparing a glance at the smoke behind them, and sprinted towards where I was standing.
"Ha…" I heard Tsunade’s voice behind us, though she emerged from the smoke within moments, her figure covered in dust. “You old geezers aren’t getting away that easily!” she shouted, pursuing them at full speed.
With her chasing them, they got closer and closer to where I was standing.
But honestly, I wasn’t even focused on any of that. I was just perched on Slug-Sama's head, gazing intently at the assembled ninjas before me—some from Sand, some from Konoha.
All of them looked up at me, the distant ones with admiration, envy, even fear in their eyes. To them, it probably looked like some god had descended, not just a short kid with massive power.
But the ones closest to me? They looked plain confused. They could clearly see that the super-powerful figure who’d just taken down Shukaku… was sucking on a pacifier like an overgrown baby.
I mean, who could blame them for staring? The contrast was a bit much.
Even Tsunade, Chiyo, and Ebizo had weird looks when they caught up.
Tsunade's eye twitched as she tried to maintain composure, while Chiyo and Ebizo just looked plain stunned, almost unable to believe it was this little kid—barely out of diapers—who had foiled their plans.
"Hey! Sand ninjas over there, listen up!" I said, clearing my throat with a serious expression as every eye locked onto me. “You have two options: drop your weapons or surrender your underwear, or else… I’ll make you wish you were never born!”
Argh! This was so embarrassing! Saying something this… perverted in such a serious moment was cranking my shame level to max!
But somehow, I kept a straight face, showing nothing but a calm, detached look.

"No, I released the summon," a familiar voice said behind me, making me freeze up.

“Right around the time you asked for underwear,” she replied flatly.
What the heck! Why is everyone so conveniently timed to witness my most embarrassing moments? Do they plan this or something?!
I was mentally screaming, but on the outside, I looked utterly defeated.
"So…” Tsunade had this mischievous glint in her eye as she clenched her fists. “Care to explain why you were demanding underwear from the Sand ninjas?"
"Well… uh…" I began, only to spot Chiyo releasing a signal flare nearby. Beside her, Ebizo pulled out a teapot-like container, opening it to release a powerful suction that pulled all of Shukaku's sand remnants into it.
Finishing this in seconds, they turned and ran off without a backward glance.
