Hey, I agree with this! It has started to come to my notice how little it seems the MC does, and how little he can actually do. He seems to lack anything he is good at like you said, and dare I say he shares some traits with a damsel in distress when things get tough. Not quite there yet, and I really do hope Cryptid has plans to give MC some more life! At this point, I think it'd bring the novel as close to perfect as it could be.

I love this series and the good boys (also side characters) so, so much! I really hope MC does something though, it's been bothering me at this point. I get its only been a couple weeks story wise, but still. He is such a wet noodle throughout, how are we to root for him on anything? Please give him something he's good at. Cooking, playing an instrument, something to make him more human instead of just sleeping all the time. No human would just sit there and do nothing (I get it's part of the story but still at this point? ffs). Thank you, still love this VN.
