I bought a new PC this year because my old computer was too old because I used it for more than 10 years.
It's a high-end PC that I bought for around $5000 thanks to your sponsorship.
However, not long after the purchase, I started to hear something bad on the PC. (Video in Attachment)
As a result of contacting the company that purchased the PC, they said they would check the problem if they sent the PC to the company.
However, the company delayed the repair because it was very far away, there was no problem with the PC's performance, and if it was repaired, it could not drawing for a week.
As I left the problem unattended, the bad sound became louder than the music I heard while working on it recently.
The reason why the sound problem continued in recent videos is because of the above reasons.
Even though I bought a new speaker for over $100, the sound from my computer was too loud.
I bought a 190$ headset, but the sound from my PC got louder.
Now I felt anxious that the sound coming from the PC would interfere with the work and completely break down the PC.
(August 16). So, after uploading Rhea, I left my PC to the company except for hard disks while drawing boryeon characters. (I excluded hard disks because my PC was full of Hentai materials and my works.)
(August 19th) However, the company that received the pc said it could not identify the problem of sound.
They said that the problem might not have occurred because the hard disk you were using was removed, so they asked you to send the hard disk that you were using.
(August 20) So I backed up all of the hentai materials and my work inside the hard disk and sent all four hard disks to the company.
(August 23) Even though all hard disks were fitted, no sound problems were found. Therefore, I decided to send the PC back to me first.
Through a series of events as above. I got the PC again today.
Fortunately, there is no sound on the PC now.
Due to the above series of events, work is currently being delayed a lot.
While leaving the PC to the company, I worked little by little at my parents' house and finished illustration work.
However, if you proceed with LIVE 2D and SOUND work, there is a possibility that you will not be able to complete the work within August.
If the work is not completed within the deadline, we will distribute the August 31 link first.
I apologize for the delay in the production of compensation due to neglect of the problem.
Summary
1. There was a problem with sound on the PC. Although it was left to the company, it was not able to identify the problem.
2. I received the pc again, but there is no problem. (So far.)
3. If the completion is delayed, we will make sure that we can get compensation at the latest through pre-link distribution.

Thank you for a good idea. I suspected the cooler for the first time, too. And I thought there might have been a problem in the process of taking out the hard disk from the old pc and installing it on the new pc. However, come to think of it, there seems to have been a problem even before the hard disk was installed.

I've never heard such a sound from a computer before. My two guesses would be either a fan bearing is going bad or the watercooler is low on fluid for some reason and the pump is running dry. Given the uneven nature of the sound, I would guess the watercooler. Still, great news if the noise is now gone :)
