personally happy with whatever you wanna do! i get there are expectations/algorithms etc. to juggle but i also think it would be fine to make the primary channel the sole repository of all joe content, esp considering the secondary channel's function as the place for patron reaction videos is currently moot. the book club also i think wld be enjoyed by the main channel audience just as much

Agreeing to the said above, I think maybe you can also ramble some in the 2nd channel about Ludology. Also maybe you can have videos about criticism method, you talked about it here and there but I don't recall you doing something more straightforward.

I can’t speak for others, but I am primarily interested in the main channel content. So if the cost is fewer main channel uploads for second channel content, I don’t think that is worth it. I think the tension is, most people want relatively frequent content if they are a monthly patron. Its not an issue for me since the monthly cost is relatively low, and you are very transparent. If you went dark for a few months with no updates, then I think it would become an issue.

I could do a glossary yeah, or at least what I think they mean, I'm sure I'll get folks disagreeing with me. I'll try that out sometime, probably with something like moe.

In terms of non-serious content, more Christmas movie reviews

In terms of serious content, I think a series of short videos that act as like Glossary of Terms could be nice. Some of the terminology of anime is very specific and misused, and considering it's also in a foreign language to most viewers of your content, could be a nice way to clarify certain things. Even basic terms like genres, like nichijoukei - doesn't have to be super in depth, just enough to clear the air.
