There is a list with all the characters that have been suggested and depending on your Tier, you can suggest characters to add to the list from time to time.
🔹SFW and NSFW Supporter can suggest 2 character every 2 months
🔹All in one and Legacy Supporter can suggest 2 character every month

And you may wonder what is the use of this list?
at the beginning of each month 3 characters will be chosen from this list and 2 Polls will be taken (one SFW and one NSFW) and the winner will receive an exclusive drawing on patreon.
also the characters of this list have a 15% discount if they are commissioned
