I have about 3 audios I have written myself and almost more than 10 audio from submitted works! I have been wanting to record but, as I mentioned before, my mom is disabled and needs me A LOT. I can't find time to record anything NSFW but I am trying :3
I need a new PC so my new financial goal is to save around $3k for a prebuilt that I have my heart set on. If the universe is nice, I can reach that quickly!!
About Patreon + Audios on Gumroad
It seems that these platforms aren't really supporting NSFW content like they used to. I will be moving all of my audios from Patreon to FourthWall !! It will take some time but don't worry, this audio library for remain up until it is completely done. :3

something to add looking at would be DL-Site. It also has connections to pixv so it's another option for audio uploads.

just an fyi i've seen couple of girls selling some of their audios on itch.io you might give that site a look. I was on there for the games, and noticed some of the va's i follow was in the nsfw section. send me a msg if you have any questions. i check it every few days on here just in case oh and one VA i follow also moved all her nsfw audios from gumroad to https://booth.pm/en if you already have a pixv account you can use it to register or sign in on booth, fyi pixv is an art site used by mostly japanese artists but more international artists are using it.
