16 - Different thinking
The wound in the female Musk Ox's eye is interfering with her vision.
Confused perceptions began to appear from her sight, the wound in her eye was too terrifying which would make it impossible for her to see clearly.
Boo!
The pain and the interference of vision made the female Musk Ox unable to bear to roar again.
It was a damn pesky predator that hurt her.
The musk ox ran toward Luke again.
Weighing over four hundred kilograms, plus the unbridled speed of running towards its target, the impact it would generate if the horns managed to hit its target would be tragic.
Roar!"
A loud, long wolf roar was heard in response.
Luke did not lose his cool as he looked at the female Musk Ox running towards him.
"Time, patience and I will succeed in achieving my goals..." Giving himself the time needed to deceive the enemy, as that huge figure was about to approach him, Luke moved his wolf body to the side leaning agilely.
Spain, Greece, Mexico, there were many places that still practiced this type of event where a man called a bullfighter would cleverly outwit the bull, so Luke used that special method to perfectly avoid the uncontrolled charge of the female Musk Ox.
The moment Luke dodged his enemy's attack, he moved nimbly and at great speed stretched out his sharp claws and attacked the female Musk Ox's neck fiercely.
"Rrrr!"
The sharp wolf claws, like special meat-cutting blades, caught in deep lines of wounds that soon caused considerable blood loss from the female Musk Ox.
"Boo!"
"Bhuuo!"
The female Musk Ox's eyes showed fear, that kind of fear that could not be hidden when a living thing knows it is about to die. She just wanted to go back to her herd, to keep eating grass without bothering anyone, someone like an Ox could not understand why there were predators that ate meat, grasses were good and enough for all living things to live on.
No herbivore would understand a carnivore!
...
The female Musk Ox, which was attacked again, had gone completely mad. It was so difficult to hit her enemy, that after taking the initiative to attack several times she was completely exhausted.
Quickly, he again took the initiative to attack after braking sharply and turning, now back to start his attack.
And only when she managed to hit Luke, sending him flying several meters, she slowed down hoping that this time he would take the initiative.
This time the Ox had hit Luke with a very interesting strategy!
Luke, who had gotten back to his feet, had not expected the female Musk Ox to suddenly slow down and manage to hit him at the same time. An animal with a genetic instinct had just sent him flying, which surprised him for a few brief moments.
This time Luke remained calm, looked at his enemy's wounds and waited patiently. When the female Ox saw that the wolf did not attack, she took the initiative again as she was filled with despair.
"One more time!"
The female Ox attacked from at great speed, and Luke also moved towards his enemy hoping to manage to connect another blow. But again he didn't expect his enemy with a huge body to be so flexible to change the direction of the attack.
But this time Luke did not hesitate and dodged quickly.
Even if his reaction was quick, the female Musk Ox also re-adjusted the direction of her attack and slammed into him fiercely once again.
Roar!
At this moment Luke knew that no more dodging was necessary, he let out a long roar demonstrating his dominance and a trace of cruelty shone in his scarlet eyes.
He didn't need anyone to understand him since he was now a wolf!
Advancing with his enormous speed, he leaped onto the broad back of the female Musk Ox.
This time his goal was to continue to inflict wounds on her and let the blood loss do its work. Once she leaped towards his target, he opened his mouth and bit down hard taking a chunk of bloody flesh with him.
But this method of attack soon proved futile, as under the mad shaking of the female Musk Ox, he was thrown to the side.
And as soon as Luke touched down, the Ox's hooves kicked hard on the ground where he had fallen!
"Annoying meatball!" Luke couldn't help but feel uncomfortable fighting this beast with a larger body. The whole feeling of battle was different than when he fought animals his own size like the pointy-eared cat.
Moreover, the female Ox seemed to awaken something inside his body. How could he have thought that this beast that had lost its tranquility had the ability to think of better and effective blows?
With no chance to dodge these initial attacks, Luke rolled on the ground dodging the last few attacks.
But fortunately, the stomping attack power was still within tolerance range considering his current strength and defenses.
Taking a safe distance, Luke shook his body to shake the snow off his body and stretched his spine so that somehow the relief of being trampled was greater.
Then, his blood-stained mouth chewed on the food just ripped from my enemy.
"[5 Poins evolution points gained for eating Ox Musk!"]
After devouring that piece of meat, his overall evolutionary value finally reached the valued 160 points.
"[Congratulations on advancing to level 5!]"
After numerous meals, he was only 5 overall evolutionary points short of leveling up and his goal was clear as he left the cave today.
The joy of improvement and evolution masked the pain in his back.
That energy coming from somewhere in his body spreads throughout his body, animating not only his cells but also his muscles, bones and skin.
No, this force enhanced every aspect of Luke's body. After all, his basic attributes automatically improved by 10 points each time he leveled up.
Every time he leveled up he caused every aspect of his wolf body to increase in every dimension.

As soon as Luke got his ten evolutionary points, he used five points for his speed and the rest went straight to strength.
In survival speed is essential and to kill your enemies strength is necessary!
And after that, his speed reached 100 points and his strength 61 points.
Speed alone is extremely frightening.
After all this time, among all the living things he has seen since he came to this place, no animal with a speed higher than 100 points had fallen.
With this level of speed, it means that Luke can walk freely throughout the entire arctic continent.
Even if there are large carnivores that cannot be defeated, at least escaping is not a problem. And if by chance he meets a predator with over 100 speed, by activating his hunting ability which is a very special card that Luke didn't want to use if it wasn't necessary, he was sure to live for a long time.
And now this simple female Musk Ox, it was time to eliminate it and return to the cave.
From Luke's crimson eyes, an extremely terrifying look once again emerged.
The female Musk Ox on the opposite side also noticed the change in Luke's momentum.
Animals have an extremely keen perception of their enemies, so she knew immediately that this wolf had become much stronger.
But knowing that she had zero chance of spacing, the female Musk Ox still didn't back down.
"Rrrr!"
Finally, with a growl that contained all her ferocity and will, she ran towards Luke again.
At this point, Luek also growled showing his sharp fangs full of blood to his enemy and ran towards the female Musk Ox.
His current speed is very fast. Considering that Arctic wolves are among the fastest in the world reaching an astonishing 46mph, Luke was sure he had exceeded that speed long ago.
Generally, being a natural hunter, his speed was very fast and all wolves reached different levels of speed. But if Luke ever got to wonder his speed, it is surely in excess of 57mph.
This is a speed vastly superior to any type of predator in the world!
At such a speed, the female musk ox, whose eyes had already been injured, could not clearly see the shadow of the white wolf in front of her. But she managed to sense it moving nimbly just after reaching her side.
And without him noticing, Luke's sharp fangs pierced his enemy's throat in a ferocious manner.
The female Ox felt pain, an unbearable intense pain.
Along with the pain, thick, hot blood flowed rapidly down!
The female musk ox wanted to roar again, but could no longer make a full sound due to weakness.
But there was another factor that was not noticed by her, her throat was pierced by the white wolf's fangs.
The female musk ox began to shake her body wildly, trying to remove the white shadow from her throat.
Her jerky movements dyed all the snow red.
But her attempts failed.
This White shadow, like an octopus in the depths of the sea, clung tightly to his body and would not let go.
She could feel the sharp claws, hooking the flesh of her body tightly and creating bloody wounds on her abdomen and neck repeatedly.
These wounds are draining its blood and vitality at very frightening speeds.
But the female musk ox was still fighting like crazy.
She still has strength, and can hold her own.
A female Musk Ox with so many Esper Energy points that in a way represented the spirit, even after losing so much blood from her body, she had a lot out.
But even though they are still dying, there comes a stage that Luke was familiar with, and that is when the living being is agonizing.
...
Not far away at this time, Rue's team had filmed all this battle successfully.
She covered her mouth in shock, and her friend Coin couldn't believe she was watching such a bloody hunt either.
Just now, Rue was still worried about this Arctic wolf hunting alone, fearing that he might die from some mortal wound or be trampled to death.
But in the blink of an eye, the situation that seemed unfavorable and very complicated for the wolf was immediately reversed.
After an aggressive fight, the female Musk Ox with only a pair of horns and broad hooves is no match for a lethal and ferocious hunter.
The sharp fangs and wolf claws are senselessly destroying the remaining vitality of the female musk ox.
And Rue felt that when that wolf began to fight without caring about being hurt by the female Ox, it was then that their attacks began to have real results in their hunt.
But his team was the most surprised, as they had much more experience in this kind of thing and what they just saw was beyond name.
A splendid hunt.
...
In the evening, in a small room, Rue was watching the commentary section on the telecast.
By now, the number of people in the live broadcast room had grown to more than 5,000.
Wildlife live streaming has always been an unpopular category because everyone thought they couldn't see something interesting.
But today unexpectedly there were many people on this stream who were able to see a little bit of what the wolf hunt was like.
The live chat was also moving along at a speed that was impossible for Rue to read clearly.

I have to say this hunt must have been a beautiful visual scene, too bad the censors couldn't show us everything that happened! I'll wait for the documentary, I want to know more about that wolf."
[Internet user - Gold Demon]
"As I thought, a very interesting wolf."
[Internet user - Whitewolf]
"I'm fascinated, I'm taking a trip to the arctic tomorrow."
