Well a school is good in one sense in that education is needed to stop individuals believing in these antiquated rituals offering benefits when they certainly cannot. Wake up & learn the truths through education.

Alicia- I definitely think you’re right. It’s some sort of ploy. Psychopaths and sociopaths don’t suddenly gain perspective and remorse… they’re incapable of feeling it. He’s either trying to end his own suffering or it’s part of a larger plan. I’m with you and leaning toward the latter.

It feels like the Idaho murderer thinks he's smarter than others and the death penalty is a ploy. I'm positive he has an agenda. I can't see him feeling regret, unfortunately.

I know you're right in this sense. Bundy said 'I want the death penalty' by killing in Florida, which he knew had this penalty. (BTW, my pastor believed he was truly repentent and actually asked us to go to Florida to pray with him. I declined). Thing is, mfers who get the death penalty know they have at least 10 years of appeals and stays until they get the gas. Bundy got convicted in 1978 for the Florida sorority murders; but he had been active for years b4. And he was executed in 1989 despite his cowardice up to the end... Ten years we kept him alive. This Idaho murdering bastard-no. Let's learn from our mistakes. Like Bundy, this mfer knew what he was doing was wrong, against society and against God. He needs to suffer the consequences.

It’s been my experience through reading statements or seeing interviews, that most killers who ask for the death penalty simply don’t want to be in prison. It’s just an easy out for them. A chunk of the time, they panic and try and postpone their execution when the date nears (Bundy did this), but I think most are never remorseful and just want death for selfish reasons.

Mike is by far my favorite. But Casual Criminalist is a close second. Ballen is third and Small Town Murder, and Last Podcast on the Left (their older episodes, like the first 2 years are good. The newer ones suck imo) are all good. I like Murder in America as well, but it’s a lot more serious. They don’t joke around at all, but they get really graphic and don’t hold back.

Ive watched the mr ballen episode on it, love the contrasting story telling as much as i love mr ballen.. my man mike just does it on another level, found mike 3.5 years ago and watched them all snd found mr ballen like 2 years ago.. ill have to check out small town murders now as well, any more suggestions let me know lol

I think Mr Ballen did this story a while back and i vaguely remember it. But if you want some off the radar ideas for stories, there’s a podcast (not as good as yours) called Small Town Murder. It’s all about murders in areas with a very low population, so not many people have done stories on them. Just an idea for future videos or podcasts if you need some.
