Usually employees of the local government have to sign contracts stating work computers are to be used 100% for work only. Even social media is a no no. Anything NFW would def be grounds for immediate termination. Honestly as a judge I found it quite odd that he essentially just admitted it right off the bat. Legally he could’ve just said “I plead the fifth amendment”, and they’d have had to take his computer for forensic testing. If he deleted his history and files, if he really had done it long ago as he stated, and If he’d done a lot of work since then, it’s possible the deleted files would’ve been saved-over and therefore unrecoverable. But that’s just an observation. Everything about this story is odd lol

Seems odd that the husband lost his job over that. Unless it was more than just him alone. He was lucky that so many people still think that if they take the camera down they're home free, as I'm sure he would have been under suspicion for the rest of his life if she hadn't been on film. The look on her face was priceless when they held the picture up to her.

Yes, this is petty as sh*t, but am I the only one who gets a wee bit excited when something "3" comes up? Funny story, at least to those present. I'm a high school custodian here in the ol' USA. Each year, we have to reset the locker combination across the campus. I'm such a Mike fan, that I opted to read the combination aloud, to my teammate who was resetting them, with "tree" for every "3." We spent the whole time in giggles. It took what was an ordinary, banal task to something that was actually enjoyable. Thanks, Mike!
