I live fairly close to where this happened. I think that is the whole thing to blame. They not only didn't search in the first 48 hours but they didn't even attempt to search the campus until it had been cleaned. I really feel like those people should have gotten in trouble. It's super sad.

This case just makes me so angry why did the campus police take so long to start investigating argh - as people say the first 48 hours of a disappearance are SO important - I know it wouldn’t save her from her fate but maybe they could of found her remains and evidence against the father

I would not put too much stake in body-language "science." It has become widely discredited as "junk science" over the last decade+.

The mom knew for sure. I've been studying body language and she had so many signs that she was lying. For mouth got dry which you know because she reached for her drink. Her eyes were darting all around and the rapid blinking.

I’m thankful that Chris Lambert was able to find the information needed to prosecute and convict Paul Flores. I think his parents helped in the cover up after he killed Kristin.

20.23 in Mom says "absolutely not" in response to knowing where her body is. LIAR! Excessive blinking can indicate anxiety, which often pairs with lying. If the level of blinking seems exaggerated, it might be because the person is lying. Eyes that don't match up with general facial expressions may demonstrate internal conflict or a covering up of the truth.

Why do they always include that she went by different names when they talk about her? Girls do that sometimes when they’re insecure in their own skin( they probably do it for many different reasons, but that is what I am reading it as.) It just shows that she was still a kid, a teenage girl. It’s a terrible tragedy that he got away with it for so long, it seemed pretty obvious that he did it. I am sad for her parents it took over 20 years for the guy to go to jail. It’s not bad enough to lose a child, but if the person goes free, how do you deal with that? You just go back to taking care of your other kids and go to work? Because I would be obsessed with that person being arrested, and unable to resume life.
