BOUQUET Joker
🕑 Added 2024-11-17 22:08:41 +0000 UTCI'm a reserved person, which often makes me come across as conceited. But deep down, I don't take myself too seriously.
The Bouquet deck will be the first to feature a Joker that truly represents a traditional Joker. I've always liked to keep my distance from it, because I find most Joker drawings rather bizarre. But I had somehow taken a liking to this drawing.
Like the back and Ace of Spades design, the original Joker design is already 125 years old. I spent a few days redrawing a clean version. However, I wasn’t fond of the original face, so the idea of creating a new one wasn't that far away.
Let me know what you think.
Much love

Thanks! :) It's very likely that I will share everything when the deck is finished and the release is approaching. But since that's still a while away, I don't want to give too much away just yet.

Love it! Is there any way we can see the two original images you found of the back design? Maybe a side by side?

Wow you look good for 125 years old 😮 great idea to show you don't take yourself too seriously and you certainly are a funny guy with a great sense of humour 🙂

I love this! It actually reminds me of a character who was a jester in an 80’s TV show called Rentaghost. I feel very nostalgic all of a sudden!

Although I like classic courts, I prefer my jokers not to be jokers - maybe it is a clown thing/dislike
