As some of you may know, I've been working to break a few of my negative patterns and coping mechanisms that have become very destructive to my mental and physical health.
I've been obsessively focused on my body/weight, this developed into a very serve eating disorder over the past 2 years.
Since returning home from the Hospital in Mid-January, I've actually gained about 20 pounds. However, this still remains a real struggle each and every single day, it's not something that will just go away. I still have really really difficult days, but keep working on it...one day at a time.
I plan on being more open up and sharing some of my journey with y'all along the way.
It's been a rough couple months, to say the least😅...but I want to thank you all for your continued patience & support through my personal struggles this year. Your love truly means the world to me and literally don't know what I'd do without y'all! Thank U💛💫

I went through anorexia in the early 1990s when there really wasn't help. When I tell you that a bucket of pickled herring saved my life, I'm not joking, gal. And, I am telling you, without a doubt, you got this. There will absolutely come a day when you will wonder how it all came to be. And, you will look back at those skinny pics and realize that your full-figured self is so much more beautiful. It just means you do everything to the max, and that's not a bad thing. It means you have the wherewithall to be a leader. It means that we live in a maddeningly uncertain world that we've been led to believe we are supposed to have CONTROL over. It's not the first or last lie that parents feed us. Through the healing it will become clear that your version of just ok is what many people aspire to and that you have always been and always will be an Absolutely Perfect version of You.
