I don't know about the site itself, you could tell by accessing it. My own download site has region locking enabled though. But I can send out all but the newest comics directly to subscribers on there.

Ohh ok perfect ill switch over to that especially if it better supports the creator. Is subscribe star locked out in Texas?

No, I also have a subscribestar. If anything I prefer that! Also I still have an Itch page, and I'm now selling new comics on DeviantArt.
