A combination of travel and illness threw me completely off last month, but I am recovering slowly and am (probably) back on track! I don't think I've ever done a hot dragon story before, so hopefully y'all enjoy!
~Benn
Winning prompt: A knight comes to slay the dragon, and instead she finds a very pretty draconic woman, who proceeds to domme her.
Suggested by: Alyssa Harder (Third time really is the charm huh!)
~3002 words
CW:
- Some blood
- Mention of cis people (the dukes)
- Some fighting which rapidly turns into a proposition
- Hot dragon lady/lady knight
- D/s vibes
- Extremely explicit sexual content

Why did it have to be a dragon?
Your sword taps lightly at your side. You're wearing leather armor without much reinforcement, rather than a full plate. Wearing a full plate to a dragon's lair is just bringing the dish to serve your slow-roasted remains in. Mobility is more important.
The black stone of the keep shines warm in the light of the setting sun. This used to be a winter palace for the noble house you serve. The old duke, when he heard a dragon had moved in and presumably eaten the servants, announced nervously that he never cared much for that castle anyway, and it could keep it.
Gods you miss the old duke. Bit of a coward, but a decent man. Not like his brat son.
You peek around a corner nervously. You've fought a hundred monsters, but dragons are a different scale entirely, and it's throwing you off. You see a seating area with a fireplace gently crackling. No dragon.
The old duke's barely been dead two month's and his son is already strutting around upending things. He never liked you, the captain of the knights, for some reason. Sexist brat. So now he says he wants the winter palace back, and sends you, alone, to kill a dragon. A dragon.
"Takes an army just to drive one off but I'm sure you'll be fine. You're so *talented* after all," you grumble in a mocking tone. His ideal scenario is surely 'you kill the dragon and succumb to your wounds mere moments after delivering news of your success, but as long as either you or the dragon ends up dead he'll likely be pretty happy.
You're so lost in thought that you don't notice the woman sweeping up the hallway until you trip over her. You yell and she screams.
Scrambling to your feet, you reach for your sword. But, she's just a maid with a broom. No dragon.
"Great fuck, I thought the servants were all dead, but the beast is keeping you prisoner? It's okay now, I'll get you out of here miss."
For a moment you feel a swell of purpose in your chest. This is no longer a pointless waste of life. There are people to save. You feel adrenaline moving through you. The maid looks a little stunned.
"Gather anyone you can and make for the exit, I'll keep the beast busy while you flee!"
If it's keeping servants, it must be playacting at being a king. So, to the royal bedroom. You grin. Maybe you can do some good here after all.
You rush off without another word to the maid. If you had stuck around a moment longer, or paid attention to what she was saying, you might have heard something about 'not a prisoner' and 'pays better than the duke,' but you are far to busy being a hero to catch all that.
A few more servants gawk at you as you rush by, yelling to flee while they have the chance. It's been a long time since you've set foot in this keep, but it's all coming back to you now. You can do this. You'll show that asshole duke that he can't conveniently disappear you.
You reach the doors of the royal chambers before hesitating. A dragon's gotta be pretty big, what if it can't fit in this room and is roosting somewhere else? No, it probably blew out the back wall to make more room or something. Just focus. Don't let your mind wander.
What did you expect when you opened that door? Leathery wings? A mountain of gold? Horns? Got that one right at least.
Three facts about the person you see in the royal chambers. She's lying on a couch, reading a book. She's the most beautiful woman you've ever. And she's definitely, definitely the dragon you were sent to kill.
She looks over lazily, eyes burning hot over a cool expression. You'd think having horns that big would get in the way, but she moves so smoothly that they never do. She sits up slowly, sets the book down. Crosses her long legs and looks you over.
"Hm. No one informed me I had a guest."
You brandish your sword boldly.
"Foul creature, I've come to end your tyranny, free your prisoners, and retake this palace in the name of House Greyfield! Pray to whatever gods will have you."
She snickers, coyly covering her mouth with the back of her hand. Long, long black nails. Her skin is a pale red, with scales so smooth and small you can hardly see them unless they catch the light right, and shimmer.
She stands up, all eight-and-a-half feet of her. Her black gown sweeps the floor, and her size sucks all the air out of the room. Curvy and muscular and strangely enthralling to look at. Her thick tail lazily slides off the couch, trailing on the floor behind her
She looks like she could bench press you with one hand while reading her book with the other, and make it look good too.
"Okay then, barring the fact I am not holding anyone against their will, I suppose your lord does have something of a legitimate quarrel with me. You seem a fool, but an honorable one."
Her voice is like warm honey on a cold day.
"Hey! I'm no fool!"
Another snicker.
"You are one or the other, I'm sure. Here then, brave knight."
She spreads her arms wide.
"I'll grant you one free shot at me."
You hesitate for a moment, but grit your teeth and steady your stance.
"No. I do not take cheap shots. Fight me like you mean it."
"As I said, honorable fool. Let's have a tussle then~"
Can't really argue with her at this point.
And so you run at her, low and light on your feet. She steps, heavy, yet faster than you expect. But you get close, and swing your sword up in a slash at her face and-
CLANK
You stare, dumbfounded, as she catches the blade in her teeth.
It's then that you notice the heat. You've been in a forge before, it's kind of like that. Overbearing and ever present, the kind of heat that makes it hard to breath, that makes you feel like you might scorch your tongue if you tried to talk.
Her mouth closes slowly in the edge of your blade, fangs burning effortlessly through it, as a bead of molten metal drips slowly down her chin. She pulls away from your sword, a jagged bite mark left behind, and rolls the white hot liquid around with her tongue, before delicately swallowing it. A little bit dribbles down onto her chest, a single bead slipping between her breasts, which are a paler red than the rest of her body. A little dazed, you wonder why her dress doesn’t burn off of her. Must be made of some kind of magical material.
Weakly, you move as if to swing with what's left of your blade, but she's already closed the distance and you hear the blade snap and she's right there, looming over you and you feel like you just stepped in front of an oven. She looks at you with those eyes like the sun, and you feel like you might burn away to ash under the glare.
Then you hear her voice again, and it snaps you back into the moment.
"Listen."
Her voice is a warm hiss and her breath is hot and sweet. She rests an hand on your shoulder, and you can smell leather cooking. Oh, and those claws. You realize now that they aren’t just sharp fingernails. Her fingertips end as sharp as knives. They dig ever so slightly through your armor, prodding your flesh underneath.
"I don't care to kill you. It's not really my style. So you can go, if you want. Tell your master not to bother me again."
The new duke. You groan audibly. The dragon arches her brow, clearly amused by the response.
“I’ll probably be executed if I go back.”
The dragon whistles once.
“That bad huh.”
Goddess, she’s still really close to you, dragons aren’t big on personal space huh. Your cheeks feel warm. Just from her body heat, of course. Not for any other reason. Those teeth are sharp looking huh, wow they could probably punch right through your armor and-
“Ah, yeah, um. Pretty much.”
She takes her hand off your shoulder and taps her cheek thoughtfully.
“Well, if you don’t have anywhere else to go, you could stick around here for a bit. You’re cute for a knight, I could certainly find something to do with you.”
And a smile that makes you shudder.
“What exactly do you mean by that?? And, I’m not cute. I’m a knight.”
With an achingly slow motion, she lowers her face close to yours, until her eyes threaten to swallow you in molten light. She lets out a breath that might singe your cheeks. Her horns curve around each side of your face.
“It’s not one or the other, miss knight. And for what I meant. I have a very vivid imagination. Do you really want to find out~?”
You trip over your words for a bit before you manage to collect yourself.
“Is it going to kill or maim me to find out?”
She snorts with delight.
“Nothing so crass. And if I push you too far, just speak up.”
Another long pause as your mind and heart race in tandem. A rapid fire argument pulses through your internal monologue.
Is she saying what you think she is?
Well duh, what else could she possibly mean looking at you like that.
Whatever she says there’s still at least a pretty good chance she’s just gonna tear you in half, right? Right?
Wouldn’t she already have though? If she was going to?
And isn’t there just as good a chance of you dying if you go back to the castle?
You could always flee, try and find a new life somewhere else, that’s probably the smart option, you should do that.
But, well. The problem is. You’ve always had a bit of a weakness for tall girls.
And she is so. Very. Tall.
You close your eyes, cursing your own foolishness.
“Maybe I’m curious.”
Fast. She hooks a claw in the collar of your armor, pulling up sharply, up until you’re standing on the tips of your toes, a difficult feat in these boots. This close to her lips, you wonder if they’re soft. You notice the fork of her tongue as she speaks. Not a little split, almost like she has two tongues working in tandem.
“Mm, no half measures. Give me a yes, or I let you go.”
You have to take a deep breath to steady yourself enough to speak.
“Yes, please. I want to find out what you have in mind.”
“Wonderful.”
She releases your collar without warning, sending you stumbling back unevenly, before bringing her other hand up in a wild swipe. You gasp, as you feel your chest piece give way to ribbons. Once you catch your footing, you look down, expecting blood. Not a drop. Somehow she tore your armor and underclothes apart and exposed your chest without slicing you at all.
“I- uh, wha..”
You clutch the ruined material to your chest, blushing and stammering.
She steps forward. Instinctively, you step back.
“It’s not a fight anymore, you don’t need that whole getup, now do you.”
Your back hits the wall. Was that wall always that close? Her body is so so close to you, the heat washes over you, somehow never too much, just a golden warmth enveloping you. Her hands wrap around your waist, and you feel the straps to your waistguard give as they are cut through. The upper leg armor too. Piece by piece, your armor is falling apart.
“I- ah, I-”
One hand brushes your cheek, and goddess her hands are big, her thumb presses lightly against your throat and her fingers almost wrap your head. She pushes your gaze up, back to her eyes.
“Got something to say? Please, feel free.”
Her other hand slips under your ruined armor and around your waist, her skin rough and warm against yours, pulling your bottom half closer to her. You brush something through her skirt. Is that- Oh goddess. You shiver with wordless anticipation.
She catches that look and grins, eyes flashing.
“If you’re tongue-tied, why don’t you help me with my skirt~”
Her breath is heavy with excitement, and yours is rising to match. Without hesitation, you start to raise her skirt, only pausing when she pushes her lips against yours.
Oh, they are soft. The thought lazily drifts through your head as her tongue pushes into your mouth, each part moving independently, filling you with her taste and heat. Distracted by this new sensation, your hands move slower with her skirt, why such a long skirt, come on, you just want to.. Touch..
She radiates heat through her stockings, as you weakly tear at them. You feel the bulge and curve of her. Every part of her is big, it seems. You gasp for air whenever she relents enough on her kiss to allow you to breath. Yet no matter how short of breath you are, you feel a pang whenever she pulls back. You. Need. More.
You manage to tear through her stockings, and pull down her panties, and wrap your hands around her dick. With both hands, you stroke it, slowly, but with an edge of rising desperation. How could you think of anything else besides her inside you now?
She growls, a low, monstrous growl of pleasure. Her hands grab either side of your waistband and tear your pants in half, some of the gracefulness of her previous moves lost beneath a surge tide of arousal.
You hardly notice at this point, you just want to get fucked, desperately.
Exposed, your dick brushes against hers, throbbing and enraptured. It’s not small, but compared to hers it might as well be. You feel a cold sensation on your hands for a moment, before the lubricant she’s poured on herself starts to warm against her fiery skin. She pulls back from the kiss.
“Ooohh..”
A moan escapes your lips as you shudder, feeling her dick twitch in your hands, air rushing into your lungs.
She runs her tongue along your throat, tasting your sweat.
“Do you want it inside you, pretty little knight?”
The noise you make, it’s past what you thought you could make. An almost inhuman whine of need.
“Aw, how cute. You melted even easier than your sword.”
Her voice is ragged and powerful and you’re barely coherent enough to process what she’s saying.
“P-please, I.. N-need..”
She growls, and her claws dig into your bare thighs, lifting you off the ground like you’re as light as straw. She lifts you, your back pressed against the wall to steady you. It’s awkward to hold your hands that way, but you do it anyway, guiding her dick past yours, until it prods against your ass. You give that same, almost feral whine as you feel yourself parting. She shows remarkable restraint, and goes slow, her hips rhythmically flexing as she eases herself into you. With each push, you explode with an increasingly high pitched gasp, drowning in heat and sensation and passion.
The first time she pushes herself all the way in, you squeal and cum on her dress. It was instantaneous, no warning, just sudden twitching and pulsing and shaking.
Oh, but she’s not done yet. She doesn’t stop, she just gets faster.
Your hands reach up, done guiding her, and grasp onto her horns, using them as solid leverage to shift your body, grinding against her in time with her thrusts, still panting and whining and nearly crying from the immensity of sensation, as she growls and grunts and grabs, her claws tearing lightly into your thighs, the pain tangled up in so much pleasure that you can’t tell the difference.
As she nears her own climax, and you feel her twitching rise in pitch inside you, she lets out a near roar, lost in the moment, and plunges her teeth into your shoulder, biting hard enough that you scream, still in rapturous delight, hot tears streaming down your face as you hope it never ends, as she cums, and you feel it burning against your insides, and you cum again and she holds you so tight as she falls still letting hers fill you. She releases your shoulder, and kisses you, a kiss of absolute dominion, a kiss you’ll never forget.
It lasts a moment that lasts forever.
And then she slowly lifts you off of her dick, softened just a little. All sense is gone from you, you don’t have language, barely have consciousness. When she pulls out you feel her cum drool down your legs, still hot. There’s so much of it, you still feel heavy with it.
She carries you over to a large chair, and sits, setting you comfortably in her lap and draping her arms around you, and you feel somehow even smaller. Resting your head against her, leaking cum on her leg, trying to catch your breath but mostly just hazily smiling at her. Her breathing is starting to even too, and she smiles back.
“And that was one of my ideas, pretty little knight. Maybe once you’re rested, you’d like to hear another.”
A moan escapes your lips before you can even think to stifle it, and you nod slowly.
You’ve been a responsible servant of House Greyfield for as long as you can remember, eschewing your own wants for the good of the land.
But honestly? You could get used to this.
You close your eyes and fall asleep against her warm body.

Yeah, I feel like there's a lot of people who enjoy the topics I write about but are uncomfortable with the rough edges of the genre tropes. I try to make mine as accessible as possible!
