WELCOME TO THE WAR ROOM
🕑 Added 2025-07-08 11:38:29 +0000 UTCGood Afternoon everyone.
I know we've teased it for ages but all of the Merch is nearly ready. News on that soon. Stickers, Men Are Class Hats, Tee Shirts etc etc.
Gregg Wallace ep out today, hope you're enjoying, with a really fun rot round up planned for this week, and I think a much requested Rot Revisit recorded in person for next week's Patreon ep.
But the main reason I am writing to you today, is that today I am launching The War Room, a fitness based side chat which I will basically be using as a personal training service after I officially dumped Zack Southall (RIP).
I haven't been to the gym in 6 weeks due to the hair transplant. Probably could lose a few pounds. Definitely wanna keep getting stronger with the aim of being able to lift my bodyweight in every big lift by the end of the year.
IF THIS IS SOMETHING YOU'RE NOT IN THE MOOD FOR, OR YOU MAY EVEN FIND A BIT TRIGGERING WITH BODY IMAGE STUFF, UNDERSTOOD, FAIR ENOUGH, HENCE I'M PUTTING IT ELSEWHERE.
But if you want to get stronger, fitter, angrier, and be mean to me as I try to achieve peak physical form like the top G, then I will see you in the war room brothers and sisters! Also I haven't really run this past Jake so this could well be gone fairly quickly but I think its a nice idea.
If you want anything else just let me know in the comments of this post. I don't know what I mean by that. I'm in a bit of a weird mood.
LOVE YOU ALL
