What is this! An aesthetically pleasing ritual bath?! Yes!
Y'all seemed to be a huge fan of my ritual bath for energy from last year. Contrary to the solar energy I've had the honor to provide last time, this one features intense eclipse energy. But do not fret! Some people nowadays seem so afraid of eclipses because of how chaotic the energy can be, yet it can be channeled into a beneficial purpose and make for some powerful, potent and transcendental magic. In this video, I combined this bath of both solar and lunar eclipse water with not only beautiful flowers and calming music, but also charged this video with the intent to center you inside yourself. Furthermore, I've added the frequencies 285hz, 528hz and 852hz for your relaxation aswell as subliminal affirmations all around calm, centering and focus.
Personally, I thrive off of eclipse season and the powerful energy boost it gives me. If you can manage to channel the energy and ride the wave rather than be consumed by it, the chaos it brings can in itself be pure creative potential. Containing a full cycle in but a short moment during the lunar eclipses, it represents both waxing and waning, new and full energies. Releasing the old and being reborn into your full potential. A similar symbolism graces the solar eclipse - as the moon aligns with the sun it creates a ring of fire - a circle - the zero point - a gateway into a new realm. The darkness representing pure potential. This potential is what I wanted to utilize to create potent magic. I had a few different ideas for where I wanted to take this video, one of which was rejuvenation. But as I added the music and water sounds, it all really pointed to centering.
No surprise that a scatterbrained individual like myself would be drawn to centering (it's the practice I'm personally worst at). All day every day we are bombarded with information and news, unpredictable and anxiety inducing circumstances and events causing serious distress and burnout. If we don't go out of our way to center ourselves, we can be perpetually stuck in this fearful, neurons-constantly-firing survival state where we are blinded by fear and stress and unable to think or see clearly. We cannot fully grasp yet how much this stressful environment we live in today wears us out. We are so removed from ourselves and cut off from our nature, immersed in hustle culture, always doing something, always consuming something. Allow this video specifically intended to clear your mind to do just that - return you to yourself. Feel yourself again, be in the moment again. Take a break from being a productive human to just be.
Let the healing energies wash over you as you return to your nature. And from there, may you find all the answers you need.
