I was wondering if you'd offer any advice at the end and you did. Hiring a prostitute seems like good practical advice for these two gentlemen, especially Ritchie, on the face of it. They say they would like to have sexual intercourse so of course hiring an expert in the field is the perfect solution. However, I feel it's more nuanced than that. Ritchie is actually a prude, we saw his attitude to the sex shop, so he probably wouldn't hire a prostitute anyway. He revealed what he really wants towards the end of the episode. He wants someone to look at lingerie catalogues and watch a television programme about beach wear with him. He wants female company, not just, or perhaps not even, sex. That's a tougher problem to solve unfortunately.

Yay Bottom, one of my all time fave comedies, the Young Ones is more random, but in Bottom the slapstick violence goes up. Actually inbetween the Young Ones and Bottom, Rik and Ade along with Nigel Planer (Neil) did a series called Filthy, Rich and Catflap but it only ran for 6 episodes and not as good. Anyway welcome to the world of Richie Richard and Eddie Hitler, Bottom ran for 3 series, 5 live shows and one movie based on it.
