I'm well equipped with lights thank you! I've tried multiple lighting set ups and the colour straight from the camera always seems quite bland

Colour correction is like bolting the stable door after the horse has bolted. Much simpler to light the scene properly in the first place. A few short test shoots is all it would take. A number of the "ring lights" on the market have variable colour temperature as well as brightness. Quite a number of vloggers use such lights, it's often "given away" if you look cloely at their eyes, the "ring" is evident if they are looking directly towards the light, not an ideal lighting scenario of course
