The sardonic synopses for series 1: The End: Lister is imprisoned, then Rimmer kills everyone. Future Echoes: Lister is delighted when he hears his son will die. Balance of Power: Lister takes some drugs and bakes a cake and Rimmer ogles Kochanski's boobs. Waiting for God: Lister kills an old man with excitement. Confidence and Paranoia: A delusional Lister is tortured by figments of his imagination. Me²: Rimmer realises that he’s a prick.
