Sketch #103 flat colours
🕑 Added 2022-05-25 21:12:28 +0000 UTCI think this is the point where I will take a pause at work on this series. At this moment, I've done quite a lot of work already (most of the work, I would say), and the next step I'll have to take to complete this series, is shading and also drawing background.
BUT, it can wait for a while, since I already spent a lot of my time on this work, and I need to get back and focus on my current commissions again.
Anyway, a few more words about this art itself. Probably some of you recognized this plant, and maybe even saw something very similar somewhere else before. Yes, it is. This is not a trick of your mind, and this time, concept of this plant belongs to the other artist Xorza who used to draw such plants very often. I found this species interesting for me since it touches a few of my fav kinks about plant theme, and I though: why not? So, I asked the original creator of this concept, may I borrow it for my personal art, and they were kind enough to give me permission to draw this new species for my own gallery.
Btw, if this such concept of this plant's pod, also caught your attention, and you interested to see more similar arts, feel free to visit the gallery of the artist who is the original creator of this idea.
