Introducing my new Dairy Cow design! This was a fun one to design, and a fun 3MF to paint up. It has the snap fit head and tail that you've seen before, and also a new clip in piece for attaching the udders... Check out a quick assembly Demo Video to see how it goes together!
UPDATE!!: After getting several requests, I added another version of the head without the horns.
Keep your eyes open in a few days for a new Welcome Pack/Bonus file that I'm really excited about as well!

3D PRINTING SETTINGS:
Head with Horns: Snap-Fit to Body. Pre-Supported! No slicer supports
Head with no Horns: Snap-Fit to Body. Pre-Supported! No slicer supports
Body: Print-In-Place. No slicer supports
Udders: Attach to the body using the included Udder Clip
Udder Clip: Insert in between the Body and the Udders
Multicolor 3MFs: While the Udders are included in the 3MF, you can reduce filament swaps/print time by printing the Udders separately. Compatible with slicers based on PrusaSlicer, Bambu Studio, Orca.
10% Infill.
3 Walls.
This should generally scale down to about 70-75% with full articulation on a well calibrated printer. Your mileage may vary.

Minor issues on the head. But may well have been environment as we got humid, well for here. Rough back of ears and on neck right about where it comes out of the body. 2nd print I dried filament and it was better, enough I will use it. I did a red...um..black... OK both! Holstein using red/black dual silk.. and maybe it was the silk. Body and tail printed perfect

Would also love a head without horns as our dairy cows here are hornless. Going to make this for my uncle though - even though he doesn't do dairy anymore only beef and sheep. He will still love it. XD

I set the brim gap distance to about 0.3mm. Makes them easy to remove. That has worked great on my Bambu printers. You may have to adjust it bigger or smaller to suite your printer but that’s a good starting point.
