“Hewy wladies! I fink Iw’m weady phor scool!” Britney said to her college roommates, Jessica and Eva, around her pacifier. The two looked at each other with a smirk. Britney’s happy glow didn’t waver. She slouched her hip to the side and placed her hands in the jean pockets of her overalls. Her fingers rested right above her pull-up.
“You certainly are Britney! But are you sure you want to go to school today? You don’t want to play more of your favorite game…?” Eva led, motioning toward the TV screen again. The simulator’s pause screen was still up. Britney couldn’t stop her eyes from darting to the menu. The pleasure center in her brain ached for her to plop herself back in front of the screen and start playing again. She had already sunk a lot of time into the game, and she had missed a fair number of classes because of it.
The game had sucked Britney in from the start. She was never a hardcore “gamer girl” but she loved playing real-life simulation games like the Sims. That was how her roommates pitched it to her in the beginning; a brand-new open world where you start from infancy to adulthood. The game started out by taking over all of Britney’s free time. That slowly creeped into missing one or two classes a week to get further into the game. At this point, she was approaching failing out of her first semester. Britney knew it was insane to fail out of her Chemistry degree over a game, but she couldn’t stop herself. The colorful sights and sounds of the game were so immersive. There were times she genuinely couldn’t tell the difference between herself and the baby on screen.
“You can just play for five more minutes before class, what’s the rush? Your character just started potty training!” Jessica suggested, that was all the justification Britney needed. She felt her feet skip over to the big TV screen, before plopping her padded butt back down onto the floor.
“Otay! Jush one…. Mo’….” Britney said, already getting lost in the world before she could finish the sentence her mind. The game commanded all her attention. She felt herself physically sink into her character’s nursery. She lost any sense of the outside world. All of her being morphed into the potty-training toddler on screen. In the smallest corner of her mind, a single brain cell knew she was spending too much time on this game. A stronger, over-powering part of her mind didn’t care. She could miss some time, she just had to make sure she was there for tests and quizzes and she’d be fine.
“Oh! Come on!... Gotta make it…. to the… potty!!!” Britney said to herself, suddenly realizing she needed to go desperately in the game. The alert came out of nowhere. Her character put the plastic tea pot down and started the mad dash to the door. Britney’s character made it halfway to the door before she felt a trickle of pee uncontrollably slip out of her and into her pull-up. “Ergg darn it!” She said to the game, but she felt something else back in the real world. Britney’s eyes broke from the screen and shot down to her crotch. Her pull-up was expanding and growing a warm yellow.
“Uh… oh…” escaped her lips involuntarily at the accident, she got to her feet. She could change out of this pull-up quick before getting to class. She got up and made a dash toward the bathroom. She didn’t look at the time, but she was certainly already late.
“Oh no! Did you have another accident in your pull-up?!” Eva said, standing in the bathroom doorway. She placed her hand on Britney’s exposed sagging pull-up.
“Wait, wasn’t I wearing overalls over that?” Britney said, she felt terribly confused. She wasn’t wearing anything now except for a droopy pull-up. She felt her concern quickly fade away. It was hard to hold onto to concepts for more than a couple seconds in that moment. Besides, an adult was here, and she’d take care of any problems she had. When Eva spoke up again, all of Britney’s scribbly brain waves blew out like a candle.
“What are you talking about, Brit? We talked about this remember? We said if you were going to keep going potty in your pants and leak all over the furniture, then you aren’t allowed to wear clothes in the house. That way it’s easier for Jessica and I to know when you need a change.” She said. Britney looked quizzically up at the clock.
“But wait I thought I had to… go to class…?” Britney said. The numbers around the circle looked oddly foreign to her. Her mind couldn’t associate them with any mathematical meaning. “I thought you said five mo’ minutes…” Britney said, feeling a thumb slip in between her lips subconsciously for comfort. She felt a soothing wind push her anxiety away.
“Honey, that was a week ago. You’ve been playing toddler in your game; you cry whenever we try pulling you from the screen. Do you not remember any of this? It makes sense, this is the best your speech has been in a while.” Jessica said, trying to suppress a giggle. Britney stood there, head cocked to the side, thumb in her mouth, trying to figure out what the word “week” meant.

Britney studied her diaper. She could tell something was going on, but her inner monologed was too floaty to hammer it down. Her body decided to run tests like the scientist she was. She hopped her padded butt up and down to gain critical insight into what was going on.
“Mmm spishy!” Britney uttered, her investigation quickly melted into her favorite game of jumpy squishy pants. Britney couldn’t stop herself from giggling. The feeling of mushy diaper pressing into her butt was too much fun.
“Is our little baby having fun in here?” Jessica said, walking into what was now Britney’s game room. Britney lazily looked up at her friend, her head slumped to the side. She didn’t have the full neck strength to look up all the way. Her flimsy lips did nothing to stop the river of drool that started running out of her mouth.
“My, my it looks like she is! Here, Britney, do you know what this is?” Eva said, coming from behind Jessica and thrusting a book in front of Britney’s face. Her eyes took a few seconds to drift down and register something was in front of her. Her brain studied the markings on the cover. All her attention focused on the lines and curves. She let them drift in her mind, hoping that some voice back there would tell them what they meant. There was a resounding silence. Not a single neuron in her brain understood what they meant. It was all random gibberish to her now.
“Piture!” Britney blurted, slapping her hand on the hard cover Chemistry book. It had been a long time since she cracked it open in class. The letters of academic probation were sitting in her student PO Box. But her professors had already written the previously driven student off as a slacker with no future in the field. Britney didn’t know that though, and she wouldn’t have cared. Especially now as her eyes drifted back to the game.
“Nugn?” Britney said, looking up suddenly from a bed. It had happened within a blink. The room around her had changed. The walls were a soft pastel blue. They matched the sea horse resting on her belly. Her eyes were hard to control, but she looked down at it and tried touching the stuffed animal with her fingers.
As much as she tried though, none of her cognitive function made sense to her anymore. Moving fingers were extremely complicated. They were floaty tentacles that moved independently. They interlaced around each other. They felt oddly wet to the touch. Britney felt compelled to ask the adult in front of her why that was. Her lips started flapping.
“bwananda an… maa…” She babbled, it matched the brainwaves in her head at this point. Nothing made sense. Every experience had devolved to completely novel at this point.
“Yes! Your diaper IS very wet isnug? Yung diadan passapa wewata?” Eva’s voice stopped making sense to Britney at the end. If she didn’t focus all her brain power on understand speech, she was completely helpless at understanding it.
“You don’t even know what I’m saying. All you do all day is babble, hump yourself, and piss like a stupid baby now. You don’t even realize your whole life has fallen apart around you. You’re in our custody now, baby Britney. Do you even know your name? Hm?” Eva said, poking at Britney’s mushy diaper. Britney liked the happy baby-tone in Eva’s voice. It made her smile and spill another line of gibberish. Eva chuckled to herself.
“That’s what I thought. You wouldn’t even care if I didn’t change you right now. You’d make a little puddle of yourself if I let you play your game.” Eva said, Britney’s eyes lit up at that last word. She didn’t know what it meant, but blinding pleasure suddenly ignited in her mind. She felt her hips grind against her sodden padding.
“You know what.” Eva said, watching the mentally devolved girl grind herself silly at just the thought of playing. “I’m going to do just that.” Eva said, guiding Britney from the bed onto the floor. She flipped the TV screen on again. “I’m going to make you into a brainless puddle of your own piss and shit. You’re basically there mentally anyways. What’s wrong with frying a couple more brain cells? You certainly don’t need them anymore.” She said, watching Britney’s eyes dilate and stare blankly at the screen.
She watched as a stream of pee already start spilling out the sides of her diaper. She didn’t have to try playing anymore. She couldn’t even if she tried. Her mind leaked out with all her warm pee. Her spine collapsed like a stack of pancakes. She laid there, in her growing puddle of pee, and now drool as it spilled down her cheeks.
Just the way a rising female chemistry student should be.
