If you haven't figured it out yet, you will unzip the folder > add the tray files to your tray folder (located in the Sims 4 folder) > add cas folders to your mods folder > go to your gallery > left side you will see a column - select custom content > you should be able to see her in gallery now! (need to do this every time)

once I download her how do I get it in the game? do I have to look her up in gallery?
