Fixed a bug related to the new training plans
New and improved “Rating System” this feature is already incorporated in the KIARIKA Career Mode mod, but it was separated for those who only want the “Rating System”, this Rating System as the name says, improves the rating system of the game when you play a match (this doesn't work in quick sim or simulation, it only works in played matches or tactical view).
Readjusted again the amount of favor points with the Directive for losing and winning games to achieve a better balance between challenge and reward.
Readjusted again the behavior of the IA when choosing the starting team.
Adjusted the minimum number of PlayStyles a player must have to be considered eligible to get 2 PlayStyles+ (previously 7, now 5).
The minimum OVR needed for a player to be considered eligible to have PlayStyle+ was readjusted, the minimum for the first PlayStyle+ is 75 OVR and for the second one is 80 OVR, this can be achieved both for a youth player and for an existing player.
The maximum amount of promising players you can bring with an elite scout has been decreased, to achieve a much higher difficulty when filling your team with amazing promising players (before 15, now 10).

By 90% because due to the “FIFER Realism Core Mod” having new IQ roles, this causes if you place our mod with higher priority than that mod, you will have the new FIFER IQ roles with incorrect names and if you have our mod with lower priority than it, then you will get incorrect names of our A Series licenses and trophies. If you still want to occupy them together, I recommend having the KIARIKA Career Mode with higher order priority in the mod manager than the FIFER mods.

Hello you two, I have one suggestion/request. Could you make a separate, small mod, that would prevent young players from stopping development. It happened to me to see that players stop developing when they are only 20-21 years old, which is complete nonsense. PS - Career mod v1.8 is amazing so far.

If you started playing the game and then simulate it, it will apply, but if you start it by simulating it, it will not.

Oh but did you improve the rating system on simulated matches too right? Because I prefer to sim when the match is ending, so in that way, my match ratings are calculated in the same way as other matches that I'm not in control (CPU vs CPU).
