Very creative, well done! How long have you been on Patreon for? We are new to the site but really like it. It's a great way to not only get support for your passion, but it's also a great way to meet other creative people :) keep up the great work!!
Try increase the Stability setting on the brush, that should get you smoother lines. The vector layer doesn't really have an effect on the smoothness, but I use it because I can modify the lines easily.
