Haven't listened yet, but I thought I would suggest an idea I had when I saw it. A 12 week fitness and mental chastity challenge, not so much focused on weight loss, but instead the listener is encouraged to exercise when they feel the urge. Even if it's just walking on the spot or push ups, etc.
