Concept Music (Country Roads) - Country Road
🕑 Added 2024-04-17 09:33:18 +0000 UTCSomething I was messing with for a while, trying to figure out what some of Charlie's music would sound like. With note, I am not a musician (and the vocals are AI generated cause I'm also not a singer), but this is the first song Charlie made, Country Road.
Let me know if this is at all interesting to you. I will also, in a minute, put up his second song, Backstage.

A little of what I was going for. Charlie grew up on and learned classic rock first, then started focusing on pop, then got blues influences from Willie and lives in the south where country is everywhere. So he kind of goes between straight classic rock and bluesy southern/anthem rock. Heart/Seger/Skynyrd are all in his wheelhouse.

I feel like this one is Bob Seger singing Lynrd Skynrd. Fun to listen to. The other one feels like Heart, maybe?

That's the down side is I can't target the vocals to sound similar or range, so I kind of thought of it as his song being covered by someone else.

I liked both songs, but Country Road was probably a little deeper vocal than what I figured Charlie would sound like. The second song vocals sounded more like Charlie to me with maybe Lyla mixed with his vocals. This is just my opinion, but I liked both songs very much. You did a great job with both songs. Keep up the great work and give us more music.
