Why? It does nothing to help them. In fact i've witnessed psychedelics exacerbate someones NPD symptoms to a frightening degree. There isn't a single case in the literature of someone who was able to overcome this specific personality disorder. I've unfortunately had to deal with several in my life and as a result I've researched the absolute hell out of NPD. I could write a book on it at this point.
