Your girlfriend of three months invites you over to take a nap with her before work. You guys start cuddling, then kissing deeply. You've been in an abusive relationship in the past, and sometimes when things get sexual, you freeze up and feel uncomfortable. Your girlfriend recognizes your body language and stops. She encourages you to express what you want and reminds you that you're safe with her--you don't have to do anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. You ask for a little bit of grinding and touching each other's arms, chest, and stomach over your clothes, which you both enjoy for a while as you make out. Then, you ask for everything to stop, which she does right away. She praises you for expressing your boundaries, and cuddles you as you both drift off to sleep!

Blue's Notes
The summary is really beefy this time because I recognize that for some people this is going to be a real, triggering, and emotional topic. It can feel safer to know exactly what to expect before going in!
Gender Notes
There are no mentions of body size, shape, or gender in this audio! Chest region is just referred to as "your chest".
