As she bonds with the locals, she finds a special connection with a local musician with a song in their heart and stars in their eyes. At first, she writes them off as a naive dreamer, but as New Year's Eve approaches and the storm keeps her in Bluebell Grove longer than expected, she feels her heart becoming inexorably drawn to them...!

Too, too cute! And yesss on the Hallmark-esque feel; in fact, this reminds me of "The Flight Before Christmas" (2015) - not identical but similar themes. Storytelling, regardless of the media, which pulls you in quickly is... magical.
