I almost wonder about possible Auto Brewery Syndrome. Especially where they are McDonald’s first. Your body literally turns carbs into alcohol and makes you drunk without drinking.

I am in the dental field 10+ years. and 100% this was because she had a toothache and was trying to self medicate

OMG..I feel so sad for the surviving parents of all the kids....it is just insane to me that a person would consume either thing while driving kids around, esp. someone ELSE's kids. So sad.

I wonder if Diane’s son remembers anything from before the crash?

Honestly when I’ve had really bad toothache, the only thing that completely eases the pain, is weed….

Could off had some de-realisation episode from a mixture of all the substances and stress of the tooth pain and when your like that you can’t really tell what’s real or not and your not able to think right can be described as feeling like your dreaming
