My grandma always said to not sleep straight and on you back with both hands on your stomach/chest bc it makes it easy for the sleep paralysis demon to sit on you and trap you
Idk if Garrett is a back sleeper or not but I used to get sleep paralysis when I slept on my back and I had to switch and sleep on my stomach/face, hope this helps!
