🕑 Added 2015-07-31 15:34:45 +0000 UTC Now that I'm done with the poster, I can return to working on the pre-planning stuff for the comic, including designs for characters that will be featured fairly early on.Roxy I've drawn before in F:NM, so her design is not altered much. I made a resolve that when she showed up again that I would give her a longer neck, because I believe that's a feature needed to make 'her' more 'her'. Her role is still fairly similar to her role in canon- she is a waitress.
Likewise, Bert is still a chef/owner of a diner. His design is tweaked a bit- I tried to emphasize portliness a bit more as well as push that he's an owl a bit more, because initially, despite his name, I thought he was some kind of canary. So to remedy, I've given him owl 'ears' and a mask around the eyes.
Overall, however, these two weren't changed too much.
I'll have other citizens if Rald soon!
