🕑 Added 2025-04-14 01:17:56 +0000 UTCHey folks! I’ve really been enjoying working on all those various art requests lately. It’s been a great way to avoid burn out from working on WLH4 animation (which is also very fun, but can be a bit exhausting/tedious to work on non-stop).
Some folks have started reaching out, asking about me doing straight-up commissions, and I think that’s something I’d like to pursue! I mean, have you seen the price of the Switch 2?? Used to be a guy could buy the new Mario Kart and cook a few omelettes without breaking the bank. Not anymore! How’s anyone expected to throw a Mario Kart & omelette party in this day and age?
I’m gonna start out offering commissions just for Patreon members at first, so I don’t get overwhelmed with more than I can handle. This’ll also give me a chance to figure out how much I ought to be pricing things, what I should put on an inevitable will do/won’t do list, etc.
So, if you’d like to commission me for art, feel free to DM me here on Patreon! For something similar in scope to all of my recent art posts, I figure $60 USD is a fair price. Naturally, anything animated would cost more, and vary depending on the ask. And hey, feel free to ask for whatever. Like Planet Fitness this is a judgement free zone, baby. But naturally there are some things I will not be down to draw. Just ask!
The attached images show my process for making these drawings, and what I’d be sending over for approval. First, a super rough version, then a cleaner rough, taking any adjustment requests into account, and then the final clean up. Pretty similar to how I make animations.
