Hope to have the first palace map later this month. Need to wrap my head around how to make it modular/customizable

I'm always looking for more Waterdeep maps, especially ones of Tych's quality. Have you seen that Detailing the Realm has nearly all of the major noble villas already mapped? Its one of the few other Patreons I use!

A not-necessarily-canonical manor house would get immediate use in my game as well. something appropriate to the Castle or North Ward! <3 Modular manor houses would be like, christmas. I have a heist campaign. "Let's rob all the things!"
