And he followed her as closely as he could, a shadow of light attached to her meandering destruction. She was a wanton queen of misery and he the only one who could save anyone from her harm. He thought he had come too late this time. So many had died already and more were suffering, and the bleak state of the world was enough to make him cry with rage. He had shown himself to her but she had laughed him off.

SO I started thinking a little more about the priest & nun AU and imagined Nephilim Rick and Demon Max had been at each other for centuries basically. One of the encounters, where he'd underestimated her power, concluded with her releasing one of countless plagues. That's basically what happens when she gets loose/when Rick's power slips, and she gets to break free from her binding tattoos.
The little piece above is the opening my bf wrote for a saucy little story!!! ;3 (The rest is already written but I didn't wanna post more than a paragraph)
I hope you guys like it because I'm honestly in love with these designs. Max' is rather tame still and next time I draw anything for this AU I'll try to make her look a lil freakier! (Suggestions always welcome <3)
And with that, plague doctor Rick implores you to keep washing your hands!!!

(The designs kind of make me want to replay Bloodborne, which is only a good thing) I love the creepiness of the veins splaying out from the crucifix.
