Treasure: Deed to Hellingford Manor
🕑 Added 2025-03-25 16:03:42 +0000 UTCThis treasure is a reminder of how greed can tear a group of people apart. It might also be a good way to introduce a sidequest (haunted house, political intrique, treasure hunt for money, find a lost heir, etc.) or maybe reward PCs with a fixer-upper base.
This is the 92nd time I've created something for Treasure Tuesday, a day each week that I've been writing up new, unique, nonmagical treasures for DMs to drop into their games.
