Sawyer hasn't seen Lapidus, doesn't even know if he's alive or not. In addition, it is always easier to hijack the submarine with the captain on board and threaten him so that he goes where they want.

I agree, I think Sawyer deserved better, the fact that he is a cop is a spectacular twist, maybe they could have traded Charlotte for another situation or development. But to be fair, DR Linus set the bar high.

Mike I found it funny that you wonder if this timeline was without Jacob's intervention. That became clear at the beginning of this season as Jack is on the plane and we see that the Island is at the bottom of the ocean. Apparently in this "timeline" it is as if the island had been destroyed in the 70's and Jacob never crossed paths with our characters. And yes, it would be great to have a show with this timeline hahahaha. Great reaction man!! get ready for the next ep!!!

It is the 111th episode overall and has an IMDB rating of 7.7, placing it as the #16 ranked episode of this season and #107 out of all the episodes shown so far.

Probably my second least favorite episode in S6. Maybe least fave. I feel like we had great momentum going from Lighthouse > Sundown > Dr. Linus, and this ep is a step back. Plus, let's be real, Zoe is the literal WORST. But it is all uphill from here, my man. Just gets better and better. Next ep is FIRE.
