This is a very simple mod to add a Play Sabacc customer activity to the available Small Business activities for the Businesses & Hobbies pack.
It's very straightforward. Just provide the game tables and chairs, add the Play Sabacc activity, and customers will play cards.
The business owner gets §10 simoleons per game, plus a cut of the betting each hand. The customers organize and play their own games -- you don't need to provide a dealer.

This is the first time I've (purposely) required Batuu for a mod, but Sabacc is one of the better things in Journey to Batuu.

lol, I just noticed that the customer tooltips say that sims will play Sabacc using bathtubs... This is why I release previews first. I'll fix that before the public release. Let me know if you find anything else! Thanks!
