🕑 Added 2024-02-29 18:58:44 +0000 UTCI've tested my mods against the latest patch, and they don't cause any exceptions. I have not had the chance to go through all of the functionality of all of my mods yet, so if you run into something that doesn't work, let me know. They don't seem to blow anything up, though. :D
There were a lot of other mods that did break from the two patches this week, so check your larger script mods for updates (WW, Basemental, MCCC, UI Cheats, etc).

If you'd want to try removing most mods and just keeping the spellbook injector and the Classic RPG spells in, that would rule out (or rule in) a mod conflict. It's probably more likely than anything in particular to do with the Sim doing the casting.

I've seen some pretty weird mod conflicts, so I couldn't rule it out. Odd that it just started after the patch for you, though. I'm going to try to figure out how it could work 'halfway' in some cases (introducing, but not increasing friendship), since that might be a clue, also that sleep works for you if you have a virtuoso caster (that's another odd one).

Well, initial tests are not promising. Removed the 2 previous versions Added in the 2 new ones Cast Charm Person on that same Sim who was red to me (because of Knock) No affect Went to Work as a Doctor and tried to Charm Person on a Nurse, same results. No relationship gain, but the ability to not have to introduce. Plus the visual effect happened just fine as well, as it has been. The only thing not happening is the relationship gain. Which I find so odd, as it DOES make it so I don't have to introduce. I will try creating a new Spellcaster from scratch and see if that alters anything. Could it be a mod conflict?
