Mary is the person fused to the mutated bear, so that fake person is for sure not her. As for the sixth picture, think of it this way. You have to to a ear, nose, and throat doctor, they have to take a look down you airway to ensure no cancer. The doctor takes a laryingascop and starts to feed it down you're windpipe. Same could be said for an internist checking your stomach and intestinal polyps. Take that procedure, make it first person, then add the deep roots. The Iris is alive. Junji Ito would love this
