四肢骨折さんの入院日記⑨
🕑 Added 2023-08-04 22:50:43 +0000 UTC両脚に荷重の許可が出て、やっと1人で動けるようになったので、今日から歩行器でリハビリを始める事になった。特に重傷の右腕はがっちりとアームスリングで固定し、少しだけ動かせる左腕で歩行器の取っ手を掴む。
後ろから療法士さんに身体を支えてもらって…。
ほとんど人の力を借りながら、私は立ち上がる。
痛い…！
ずっと寝たきりだった身体ががくがくと震え、体重のかかった両脚が激しく痛む。
両脚のギプスには歩く為の踵をつけてもらったけど、痛みでまったく身体を支えられない。辛うじて歩行器をつかんでいる左腕から、新しく亀裂の走ったような痛みが走る。
痛い！痛い！
太くて重い両脚をひきずり、なんとか進もうとしたけど、全然身体は前に進まない。「無理！」と思わず声が出るけどリハビリなので頑張らなくちゃいけないらしい。歩行器にすがってなんとか立つ私はまるで赤ちゃんみたい。
自分でトイレに行けなきゃおしっこの管も外してもらえないって…。
なんて酷い事を言うの？
これから始まる治療とリハビリの日々に、私はとても憂鬱になった。

My body, which had been bedridden for a long time, trembled, and my legs, which were bearing my weight, ached violently.
I had casts on both legs with heels for walking, but I couldn't support my body at all because of the pain. A new crack-like pain runs through my left arm, which is barely holding on to the walker.
pain! pain!
I dragged my thick, heavy legs and tried to move forward, but my body wouldn't move forward at all. "I can't do it!" I'm like a baby, holding on to my walker and barely standing.
If you can't go to the toilet by yourself, you can't remove the pee tube...
What a cruel thing to say
I was very depressed during the days of treatment and rehabilitation that were about to begin.
