車椅子のくるみちゃん⑧ベッドへ移乗
🕑 Added 2023-03-18 12:58:13 +0000 UTC今日も車椅子でなんとかおうちに帰ってきた。ベッドに寝転んで休みたいけど、ベッドに乗り移るのもたいへん！
下半身が動かないから、腕の力だけで身体を動かさなきゃだめなの。
病院でたくさん練習したけどまだまだ上手にできない。
ひきずって擦れた紙おむつがカサカサと鳴っていて恥ずかしい。
寝るだけなのにすごく疲れた…。
寝てるとおむつが変えられないから、寝る前に器具でおしっこを出しておかないといけない。導尿は難しいから嫌いだなぁ。
