Almost all the machines aside from the pec deck are constrained by their design to be symmetric. But given the right machine, asymmetric training would work the same as before. There won't be a hard size limit, but the gameplay will incorporate a stopping point. So you'll have to get as big as you can before reaching it.

great work! already looks great and makes me want to try it out! is it possible to train asymmetrically like in hero curls and is there a limited muscle size?
