I don't know much about the gangster cartels in Haiti, but hearing in the video that some peeps in Montréal are funding them is crazy. Does anyone know anything I can read or watch to further understand this?

Can't imagine people being mad about this, outside of Haiti at least. If they're so on the fence about it then they should come do their "Kumbiya, save the bees, think of the children missionary" ass trip over there. If you have you have a problem with vigilantism, vigilantes had problems before you did and their's is likely more dire.
