Eugene Ryan

I would rather pay 10-20/month for specific creators than mindlessly scroll tik tok.

Evan Shearman

I just joined! I'm excited to be here!

Erik D Leach

Love this idea, I’m in! 🙌

Shaun Rickerby

I came to Patreon for the first time for you. I really hope this gains traction for you. Tired of the BS game playing on TT.

Stacy Walker

I took advantage of this! Thank you! 😊

Mo Lindley

1st time subscribing to Patreon; because of YOU. I really appreciate your content and want to continue to support you. Rock on, Austin!

Emma Easton

First patreon I’ve subscribed to. I want you to be successful because I truly appreciate your voice in this.

H S A

Never subscribed to any patreon— ur my first. Totally worth it. You rock.

Dyane MacKinnon

This is great! Nice to see you over here :)

Carter1214

Helping shift the model by shifting your focus…I support it 100% and signed up instantly!

Roe

Congrats 💙 I'm new here but have been following you on TikTok but way happier to be supporting you here!!

Wrongtown

Love to see it mate.

Shiloh Basch

Made an account just for you! You're my favorite news source.

Caroline Mathias

❤️❤️❤️❤️

Laura Plybon

The time for Patreon is ripe. TikTok's algorithm was replaced, censorship is up on all platforms. Established creators should just cut out the algorithms and middle men entirely.

Mission

Signed up! I honestly through Patreon was just for 18+ type sh, so I ignored it. :D Anyway, glad to support!

🎉🎉🎉

Chairdevil

How dare you lower me from the 4 dollar tier to the 1 dollar tier, I immediately moved it back up to five because I'm stubborn.

Lexi

Subscribed to the year as fast as I could after seeing your TikTok!

Julie Pehotsky

your friends that you mentioned you might suggest to them to lower their prices to "build a network" ---- if they agree---- can you link them together so we can support them too? I'd like to learn from other people you support

Julie Pehotsky

Love this. I was actually mad when I saw the email 😂... I said outloud to myself "What!?... can I still pay $10?.... does patreon let me tip?". Ha! ... I first saw you on tiktok, then Spotify (music and podcast) ... then I was sick of tiktok and I always had to go directly to your channel to see your videos anyways, even though I followed you. So thats why I just went to patreon. I dont always get the time to watch everything on Patreon and I sometimes forget. Patreon is where I follow the creators who provide me the most support in my life in one way or another, so I come here to give that back. Just a few creators really. You bring me humor, education about so many things, and make me feel less alone in this world as a human who thinks so similarly. So thank you for everything 🫶🙏

Seth Hart

Just bought a full year at the $5 rate. I can afford it, I like the way you yap, and we fucking need to keep fighting the "turning point USA" propaganda BS.

Teresa

I confess that I had a mini panic attack when I saw the notice of a change. Been a $10 supporter for a few years now and I was afraid you were shutting it down or something. THEN I read the actual email and settled myself. I love Patreon, looking forward to more fun stuff!

Elise Nathan

I really appreciate you for making it so affordable. I can only afford to do a couple bucks a month. Now I can still support you and get off tiktok just a bit more

Leanne Mathis

I’m a broke bitch, but I love your content. Came here from TikTok. You’ve provided me more than $11/year of entertainment so I’m happy to pay for it.

Ake Cummings

First time using patreon! Thank you for doing this, my broke ass doesn’t subscribe to anything as it does all mount up. I’m in the UK but appreciate your content. Looking forward to seeing more of you

Schmiddles

I have only ever subscribed to NPR and WXPN. Now you. Your words are powerful and we need you to keep going. 💪

Bookburglar

Upped to $5. As a media consumer, having Patreon makes it easier to have my favorites in 1 place. I used to pay for NY times, CNN etc. no more. This is actually saving me money.

Reb

I've upped to $5, which is $9 in New Zealand. Again being in New Zealand, I don't think I'll make any hangs, but would like to see it uploaded if possible!

Richard Bruning

I think it's a fantastic idea, Austin. I love that. You're always thinking of ways to expand our interactions and communication. I've been listening to your podcast for quite a while now and became a patriot member sometime back. You're one of the most thoughtful and intriguing voices on Patreon (and YouTube and TikTok). If you're doing it then I'm gonna check it out. Thank you for your enthusiasm and efforts. We will not let the bastards get us down.

Sam Quincy

I dig the Patreon model and I appreciate your insights from the creator side and this move. Hah I went from $4 to 5, so you are definitely onto something and doing it right. I'll look for more $1 creators now, too, because I think you are right on for how this platform should pivot. We need more Active and less Passive!
